I love getting the chance to transform spaces with my art. Its great especially when you connect with people who get what you create. Pam is one of those people. She has shown me a lot of support and I was delighted when she approached me to paint a small mural at the front of her lovely home.
I remember Pam mentioning part of the reason for getting me to paint the wall was to brighten up the neighborhood. That sums up Pam. She is someone who makes and effort to make the world a little better through Art, culture and music.
Why we put hearts on the wall came from Pam, she said it was to remind her about the good stuff and it reminded me of my happy faces project. Why I draw happy faces is to always remember to smile and focus on the positives. The good stuff. There is a lot of negativity out there. Thanks Pam for haveing the vision!
